I was the Team Manager and fund mobiliser of Team Udayan (Sponsored by NGO Udayan centre for Collaborative Learning). I managed a team of four walkers in terms of their training schedules; diet; logistics; planning; material support and constant field backup for the continuous 33 hours the team was on the road. Two of the team members finished the walk successfully while the others did 50 kilometers. The walk being a fund raiser, I could bring the team among the top 5 teams, mobilising over 2 Million Rupees through crowd funding. The team was given a special recognition for this.
